Essex Associated Contractors, Ltd. is in the process of expanding its design and construction management skills into the Berkshires. After the encouragement of a custom builder and a land services firm, each with over 20 years of experience in the area, Essex is currently in the process of formalizing a working relationship that would enable this new group to solicit significant design build projects in the Berkshires. Our collected vision is to provide a team that could help a client find, design, secure all permits, site, and construct a new home. We envision a client who seeks a property with acreage that may take over a year to plan and construct.
